Ingredients

• 2 lbs of your favorite burger blend
• ground beef
• French rolls
• Salt and pepper
• 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
• 4 oz of arugula
• 4 oz of gruyere
• 4 oz of maytag blue
• 8 Slices of cooked thick cut bacon
• Caramelized onion jam (See below)
• 4 slices of bacon, diced
• 3 Tbsp Butter
• 3 Yellow onions, minced
• 4 oz Balsamic Vinegar
• 2 Cloves Minced Garlic
• Salt and Pepper to taste
