• 3 Medium Sausages cut diagonally
• 2 lb potatoes, diced
• 2 Cups Shredded Cheddar Chesse, divided
• 1 Medium Package of ranch mix
• 1/2 Cup Milk
• 1/4 Cup Unsalted butter melted
• 1 Small Onion, diced
• 3 Cloves Chopped garlic
• 1 tsp Salt
• 1 tsp Ground black pepper
• 2 Tbsp Parsley, chopped for garnish
• 2 Tsp of Italian seasoning
• Cup of extra old sharp white cheese
