Succulent Parmesan Meatballs

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
• 1 lb lean ground beef
• 1 and a half slice of Italian bread
• 2 Tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
• 3 cloves of garlic, minced
• 1 large egg, beaten
• 1 lb ground pork
• 1 tsp sea salt
• 1/2 tsp black pepper
• 1/3 cup of milk
