• 1/4 cup crushed Oreos for garnishing
• 1/4 cup dark unsweetened cocoa powder
• 6 tbsp granulated white sugar
• 2 cups store-bought whipped cream
• chocolate syrup for drizzling
• 1/2 cup crushed Oreos
• 1/2 tsp baking soda
• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• 3 tbsp melted butter
