Ingredients

• 1 egg
• 2 garlic cloves
• 20g parmesan
• 2 tbsp milk
• 4 chicken thigh fillets
• 2 tbsp plain flour
• light olive oil , for shallow-frying
• 150g fresh white breadcrumbs (frozen is fine)
• cooked green beans , to serve
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 2 rosemary sprigs
• 2 x 400g cans cannellini beans
• 1 lemon , cut into 6 wedges
