Ingredients

• 6 large Dutch Farms eggs, whites separated from yolks
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 1 teaspoon of vanilla
• 2/3 cup all-purpose flour
• 1/3 cup of cocoa powder + more for dusting
• 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
• pinch of salt
• 1 pound of Dutch Farms cream cheese
• 1 can of pumpkin puree
• ½ cup of sugar
• ¼ cup of roughly chopped walnuts + 1 tablespoon more for garnish
• 8 ounces of semi-sweet chocolate
• 1 cup of heavy whipping cream
