- 150 ml home made mayonnaise
- 75 ml double cream
- 1 heaped tsp fresh tarragon chopped
- 3 spring onions finely chopped
- 1 small lettuce
- 110 g green grapes halved and de-pipped
- a few sprigs watercress
- some salt and fresh ground black pepper
