Sweet and Sour Meatballs - Peace River Honey

Ingredients

• 1 pound ground meat of choice (we used elk but beef, turkey, chicken, pork, or veggie substitue work great too!)
• 1 cup dry bread crumbs
• 1 onion, chopped
• 2 eggs
• 1 tbsp worcestershire
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• salt and pepper to taste
• 1 cup Peace River Hot Honey
• 1 cup water
• 1/2 cup Bodacious Tomato Ketchup
• 1/2 cup white vinegar
• 2 tbsp soy sauce
• 2 tbsp corn starch
