Ingredients

• 3 large potatoes in cubes
• 3 small red onions, minced
• 4 cloves of garlic cut in 4
• 2 tomatoes in cubes
• 1 tbsp tomato paste
• 1 small can of roasted peppers (keep the juice)
• 150 ml juice of the pepper and water
• Salt
• 1 tbsp chili pepper
• 1 tbsp olive oil
