• 3 medium apples, diced (peeling the apple is optional, preferred if canning for winter)
• 1 small red onion, chopped
• 1 clove garlic, minced
• 1 Tbsp fresh ginger, grated
• 2 Tbsp olive oil
• ½ cup apple cider vinegar
• ¼ cup honey (or sugar)
• ½ cup dried cranberries or raisins
• ½ tsp cinnamon
• ½ tsp cumin
• 1 sprig rosemary
• ½ tsp salt, ¼ tsp pepper
