Potato and Spinach Oatmeal Croquette - Recipe - Instant Oatmeal

Ingredients

• 2 1/2 cup Captain Instant Oatmeal, put aside 50g for coating
• 1/2 cup water
• 3 tbsps cooking oil
• 1 medium onion (finely chopped)
• 3 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
• 1 red chili (finely chopped)
• 1 medium potato (peeled and grated into small pieces)
• 1 cup spinach (chopped)
• 2 tbps coriander leaves (finely chopped)
• 1 egg (beaten)
• 1 teaspoon black pepper powder
• 1 teaspoon curry powder
• 1 teaspoon salt
