• 1/2 C flour
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1/2 tsp baking soda
• 2 tsp salt
• 1 1/2 tbsp hot sauce
• 1/4 C minced onions
• 1 C grated sharp cheddar cheese
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 C buttermilk
• 1/2 C water
• Creole seasoning
