Wholegrain mustard dressing – Aspall
This dressing packs a bold mustard-y punch with a keen cyder vinegar tang. It’s a powerful dressing which is equally delicious on grilled meat as it is with hearty salads and potatoes.
Ingredients
- 5 tbsp Aspall cyder vinegar
- 2.5 tbsp cold pressed rapeseed oil (or olive oil)
- 3 tbsp wholegrain mustard
- 1 tbsp Dijon
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/2 tsp flakey sea salt
