• 3 to 4 sticks of celery
• 1 small fennel
• 1 tsp turmeric
• 2 tsp ground ginger
• 2 tsp whole coriander

• 1 red chilli (whole)
• 6 small potatoes
• 1 litre vegetable stock (e.g. bouillon)
• A tin of coconut milk
• 250 g of roasted peanuts
