- 1 Bag of fresh spinach leaves
- 1 can of tinned pineapple
- Whatever other salad you hae i fridge
- 1 teaspoon wholegrain mustard
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon pineapple juice (from tin)
- 1/2 teaspoon honey
