Ingredients

• 2 ¼ C. all-purpose flour
• 2 tsp. baking soda
• 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
• ¾ tsp. ground ginger
• ¾ tsp. allspice
• ½ tsp. salt
• ¾ C. unsalted butter, room temperature
• ¾ C. packed dark brown sugar
• 1 extra large egg
• 5 tbsp. molasses
• ⅓ C. finely diced candied ginger (optional)
• 1 C. Turbinado (raw) sugar for rolling
• 3 tbsp Plochman’s ® Stone Ground Craft Mustard
