Bacon and Onion Quiche

Ingredients

• 1 ¼ cups flour
• 1 egg
• 1 ½ stick of cold butter (3/4 cup)
• 1 tsp salt
• 1.5 kg. onions
• 4 tbsp canola oil
• 200 g (7 oz.) bacon, cut in cubes
• 1 bunch parsley
• 4 eggs
• ¾ cups heavy cream
• ½ cup sour cream
• Salt and freshly ground pepper
• 200 g (7oz.) grated Gouda cheese or cheddar cheese
