Ingredients: 1 cup chopped cucumbers (no need to peel or deseed unless they're really seedy); 1/2 cup plain yogurt (any style); 2 Tablespoons mayonaisse; 1 Tablespoon lemon juice; 2 chopped green onions (greens only); 1 clove garlice (chopped); 2-3 Tablespoons fresh dill (do to taste. I like a lot so I tend towards 3 tablespoons); 1/2 teapoon pepper; 1 teaspoon salt; 1-3 Tablespoons milk (if needed to thin at the end)
