• 14 slices zwieback toast, finely crushed
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 stick margarine, softened
• 6 (8-ounce) packages (3 pounds) cream cheese, softened
• 6 eggs
• 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
• 2 1/2 cups sugar
• 1 1/2 cups whipping cream
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• Juice of 1 lemon
• Cherry, lemon and/or blueberry pie filling
