Thousand Island Dressing - Alton Brown

Ingredients

• 1 cup mayonnaise
• 1/4 cup ketchup
• 2 tablespoons minced onion
• 1/4 cup sweet relish
• 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
• 2 teaspoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
• 1 teaspoon mild hot sauce (we like Frank's)
• 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
• 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
• 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
• 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
• 1 teaspoon sugar
