Pepperoni-Pizza Sourdough Bread

Ingredients

• 1/3 c Pepperoni sausage finely chopped
• 1/2 c Mozzarella cheese shredded
• 3/4 c Sourdough starter
• 1/4 c Milk or water
• 2 ts Sugar
• 1 tb Cooking oil
• 2 c Bread flour or all-purpose
• 1/2 ts Dried oregano crushed, (double for fresh oregano)
• 1 ts Active dry yeast
• 1/2 ts Salt
• 2 tb Tomato paste
