- 3/4 cup confectioners’ sugar
- 1/4 cup baking cocoa
- 2 packages (12 ounces each) black candy coating disks or wafers
- 4 tablespoons shortening
- 24 lollipop sticks (6-inches each)
- 48 candy eyeballs
- 1 cup black sugar sprinkles
- 1 Styrofoam block
- Black shoestring licorice (laces), cut into 3-inch pieces
