Prego Steak recipe by Fouziah Pailwan

Ingredients

• 1 kg minute steak strips
• 1 teaspoon white pepper
• 2 tablespoon chings schwezan sauce
• 4 cloved minced garlic
• 1 teaspoon garlic flakes
• 1 heaped teaspoon @purespice_sa ginger 🫚 garlic
• 1 teaspoon @purespice_sa braai (bbq) masala
• 1 teaspoon @purespice_sa red ♥️ chilli 🌶 & garlic
• 1 teaspoon lemon 🍋 pepper
• 2 teaspoon or 6 gun grill spice
• 2 tablespoon vinegar
• Add in:
• 2 tablespoon @minniesfoods prego sauce
• 2 tablespoon mustard sauce
• 2 tablespoon Tomato sauce
• 2 tablespoon Nandos bushveld sauce
• 2 tablespoon chilli sauce
• 1 big sliced onion
• 1 cup chopped robot peppers
