Ingredients

• 1/2 cup butter or margarine
• 1 pkg. old El Paso taco seasoning mix
• 1 1/2 pounds sirloin tip steak, cut into bite-size strips
• 1 16-oz. can refried beans
• 12 6-oz. flour tortillas
• 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
• 3 medium green onions sliced (3 tbsp)
• 1 10-oz. can enchilada sauce
• 1 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend
