Tomato and mozzarella crèpes

Ingredients

• 3 oz of all purpose flour
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 cup of milk
• 1 tbs of butter for the batter
• 1 tbs of butter for cooking, salt to taste
• 1/3 cup of water, 300 g. of mozzarella
• 1 jar of Fiorfiore Tomato Sauce and Basil
• 1 leek
• Some drops of Fiorfiore Balsamic Vinegar of Modena
