Ingredients

• 1.5 lbs Ground beef
• 0.5 lbs Italian sausage (mild or hot, casings removed)
• 8 oz Mozzarella cheese (cut into cubes)
• 0.75 cups Breadcrumbs (preferably Italian-style)
• 1 Egg
• 0.25 cups Milk
• 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
• 0.5 cups Parmesan cheese (grated)
• 2 tbsp Fresh parsley (chopped)
• 1 tsp Dried oregano
• 1 tsp Salt
• 0.5 tsp Black pepper
• 1 tbsp Olive oil (for greasing the pan)
• 1 cups Marinara sauce (optional, for serving)
