• 1 cup milk
• 2 tbsp butter
• Salt & pepper, to taste
• 2 ½ cups Cinderella Instant Mashed Potatoes
• 1/2 cup grated cheese
• 1 tsp dried chopped chives
• 4 spring onions, finely sliced
• ½ cup flour
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
