• 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
• 2 bay leaves
• 1 yellow onion, quartered
• 1/4 cup tomato paste
• 4 cups reduced-sodium chicken broth
• 12 corn tortillas (7 inches)
• 3 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
• 1 cup Tostitos® Nacho Cheese Dip , warmed according to package directions
• 3/4 cup diced white onion
