• 1/2 cup shortening
• 1 cup oatmeal
• 1 cup grated zucchini
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg

• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 cup flour
• 1 cup whole wheat flour
• 1 egg
• 1 cup raisins
