Ingredients

• 400 gm white small-medium mushrooms.
• 3 tbsp Garlic Ghee
• 1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar glaze
• 1-2 tbsp soy sauce (can be alternated with coconut aminos)
• 1 large tomato pureed.
• 1/4 tsp salt
• ¼ tsp black pepper or white pepper
• 1 tsp brown sugar (optional)
