- 6 oz can Pineapple Juice OR Core of One Pineapple, rough chopped plus 6 large pineapple chunks
- 1 sm piece Fresh Ginger, grated
- 3-1/2 tbsp Brown Sugar
- 6 oz IPA Beer
- 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Corn Starch
- 1 Cup Water
- 2 tbsp Water
