• 1 large clove of garlic, crushed
• 2 teaspoons lemon juice
• 1 teaspoon chopped mint
• 150g small fresh potatoes
• 1 clove of garlic, crushed

• 2 teaspoons small size capers
• 80g thinly sliced smoked salmon
• 1 pinch of dill
