• 4 chicken breasts
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
• 1 teaspoon paprika
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 1 red bell pepper
• 1 yellow bell pepper
• 1 large red onion
• 1 1/2 teaspoon red pesto
• 250 ml heavy cream
• handful of spinach
• salt and pepper to taste
• cooked jasmine or basmati rice
