Ingredients: ½ kilo topside steak ( u can use whatever you prefer ); oil; 1 teaspoon garlic; 1 teaspoon crushed garlic; ½ teaspoon ginger; 1 teaspoon red chilli paste; 3 tablespoons vinegar; 1 tablespoon gorimas steak and chops spice; 1 tablespoon gorimas bbq spice; ¼ teaspoon haldi; salt to taste; 1 tablespoon mayo; 2 tablespoons spurs bbq sauce; 1 tablespoon tomatp sauce .; 2 to 3 onions; add to oil with 1 tablespoon sugar braise until translucent , remove and set aside; 3 tablespoons mayo; 5 tablespoons spurs sauce; 2 tablespoons prego sauce / nandos sauce of your choice .

2 tablespoons spurs bbq sauce
1 tablespoon tomatp sauce .
2 to 3 onions
add to oil with 1 tablespoon sugar braise until translucent , remove and set aside
3 tablespoons mayo
5 tablespoons spurs sauce
2 tablespoons prego sauce / nandos sauce of your choice .
