• 6 oz. of crumbled feta
• 2 oz. of cream cheese room temperature ​
• 2/3 cup of extra virgin olive oil​
• 2 tbsp. of freshly squeeze lemon juice​
• Salt & pepper to taste​
• 2 tbsp. of minced shallots
• 2 tbsp. of minced garlic
• 2 tbsp. of red wine vinegar
• 2 tbsp. of toasted pine nuts​
• 3 tbsp. of finely chopped basil leaves
