Saucy Tikka Chicken recipe by Fouziah Pailwan

Ingredients

• 2 kg chicken pieces washed and drained
• 4 tablespoons steers tikka sauce
• 2 teaspoons @purespice_sa ginger garlic
• 1 teaspoon @purespice_sa green masala
• 1 teaspoon @purespice_sa red ♥️ masala
• 1 teaspoon @purespice_sa braai (bbq) tikka
• 1 teaspoon @purespice_sa biryani masala
• 4 tablespoons lemon 🍋 juice
• 2 teaspoons lemon pepper
• 1 tablespoon Calcutta grill dust or 6 gun grill spice
• 1 teaspoon black pepper
• 1 tablespoon crushed chillies
• 1 tablespoon chilli powder
• 1 tablespoon rustenburg chilli powder
• 1 teaspoon shisanyama spice
• 1 teaspoon garlic and herb spice
• 3 tablespoons Mexican spice I used my own homemade spice
• 1 teaspoon dried parsley
• 2 tablespoons oil
• ½ cup fried onions
