- 2 sprigs rosemary
- 1 tsp Aleppo pepper
- 100g unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cucumber
- 1/2 red onion
- A few mint leaves, chopped
- 20g pine nuts, toasted
- 1 lemon
- 1 tsp sumac
- 200g labneh
