• ½ to ¾ cup of Irish Whiskey (depends on your tastes)
• 3 to 4 tablespoons of Mocha Ripple
• 5 egg yolks
• ½ to ¾ cup sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• ½ teaspoon almond extract
• 1 teaspoon coffee extract or 1 teaspoon of finely ground espresso beans
• ½ cup (250 ml) sweetened condensed milk
• ⅛ cup shaved or finely chopped chocolate
