In my humble opinion, this is the Best Lasagna recipe. It's made with a tasty meat sauce, homemade pasta noodles, and bechamel sauce.
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 onions
- 2 carrots
- 1/2 celery stalks
- 1 kg (2.2 pounds) ground beef
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tsp tomato paste
- 120 ml (1/2 cup) red wine
- 2 cans (2x400g/12 oz) cannned diced tomatoes
- 250 ml (1 cup) water
- 3 bay leaves
- Bechamel sauce
