- 1 cup Sojee (semolina flour)
- ½ ghee (Clarified butter)/butter
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 2 elaichi
- 1 small tin nestle cream
- 1 tin condensed milk
- 2 eggs
- 2cup milk
- ¼ cup sugar
- Pinch of saffron strands
- Add this mixture in Sojee (semolina flour).
- Sprinkle some chopped pistachios & dry rose petals.
