Ingredients: 2/3 cup dry bread crumbs (if free forming,you might need a bit more); 1 cup milk; 1 1/2 pounds ground beef (chuck); 2 large eggs (well beaten); 1/3 cup yellow onion, finely chopped(I upped the onion to 1/2 cup); 1 teaspoon salt; 1/2 teaspoon dried sage; 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper; *TOPPING*; 1/4 cup brown sugar; 1/4 cup ketchup; 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg; 1 teaspoon ground mustard
