• 2 1/2 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite size pieces
• 1/2 cup corn starch
• 1 can pineapple chunks with juice, undrained
• 1 1/2 cup green bell pepper, chopped into bite size pieces
• 1 1/2 cup red bell pepper, chopped into bite size pieces
• 1 1/2 cup yellow onion, chopped into bite size pieces
• 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
• 3/4 cup apple cider vinegar
• 1/2 cup ketchup
• 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
• 1 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
• 5 cloves garlic, minced
• sesame seeds for garnish
