- 2 1/2 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite size pieces
- 1/2 cup corn starch
- 1 can pineapple chunks with juice, undrained
- 1 1/2 cup green bell pepper, chopped into bite size pieces
- 1 1/2 cup red bell pepper, chopped into bite size pieces
- 1 1/2 cup yellow onion, chopped into bite size pieces
- 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
- 3/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- sesame seeds for garnish
