• 2 cups brown sugar
• ¾ cup rice vinegar
• ½ tsp. salt
• ¼ tsp. Kowalski's Ground Cinnamon
• ¼ tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
• 1 lb. pears
• peeled
• cored and finely chopped
• 1 cup finely chopped red bell pepper
• 1 cup finely chopped onion
• 1 cup golden raisins
• ½ cup finely chopped green bell pepper
• - zest and juice of 1 lemon
• - zest and juice of 1 lime
• 1 tbsp. finely chopped candied ginger
