- 1 egg, beaten (for brushing)
- 3/4 cup Parmigiano Reggiano, finely grated on microplane
- 4 (2 oz) each Burrata balls
- 8 tsp Colonial Chile Crunch
- 8 tsp fresh basil, chiffonade
