• 1/3 cup butter
• 2/3 cup flour
• 1/4 teas. salt
• 1/2 teas. baking powder
• 1 teas. orange extract
• 1/2 cup raisins
• 4 ozs pecan chips (optional)
• 1/4 cup chocolate or butterscotch chips (optional)
