Ingredients: 1 teaspoon whole jeeru (cumin); 2 teaspoons @purespice_sa; Ginger garlic; 1 teaspoon @purespice_sa; Red chillies & garlic; 1kg washed & drained mince (I use chicken mince).; 2 teaspoons chilli powder; 2 teaspoons crushed chillies; 1 teaspoon arad (Turmeric); 1 teaspoon dhana jeeroo; Add in 1 cup chopped red & green peppers.; Add in 3 liquidised tomatoes; ½ cup fresh cream; (I used ½ can evaporated milk).; Sprinkle lots of cheese and a dash of oregano. Bake till heated
