Ingredients

• 4 eggs
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
• ½ cup oil
• ½ cup boiling water
• 1 ¼ cup flour
• 1 tablespoon baking powder
• A pinch of salt
• Add the flour an water mixture alternatively to the egg mixture.
