• 1 can water chestnuts sliced
• 3 fresh mushrooms sliced

• 2 tablespoons sugar
• 2 tablespoons soy sauce
• 1/2 teaspoon grated ginger
• 2 tablespoons white soybean paste
• 1 package tofu cubed
