Yuzu Cucumber Gimlet – YUZUCO
A perfect dinner party drink. Pairs well with our yuzu cucumber salad and uses many of the same ingredients. Recipe by our friends @verygooddrinks.
Ingredients
- 3-4 slices of Cucumber,
- 2 oz Gin,
- 5 oz Agave Nectar (or 0.75 oz Simple Syrup),
- 1 oz Yuzu Super Juice,
- Cucumber peels,
- 1/4 cup Neutral oil,
- 1/2 tbsp Sesame Oil,
- 4-5 sprigs of fresh cilantro with stems
